Requirements on parallel_for body

Class Body implementing the concept of parallel_for body must define:

• Body::Body( const Body& ); 

  Copy constructor

• Body::~Body(); 

  Destructor

• void Body::operator()( Range& r ) const; 

  Function call operator applying the body to range r.
