dehnert 12a92fc6ee Several fixes and additions to IR. Modifications to CMakeLists.txt of log4cplus to enable proper compilation under Mac OS. Fixes to coin2.nm. Added global variables to grammar and IR. Established basis for defining undefined constants of the model. Started to write MinimalLabelSetGenerator.
