- gmp/*: Replaced the complete mpn sources with the ones from Debian

since they are maintained while the ones from FSF aren't and there were problems on some architectures, PowerPC in particular. See the file gmp/README.CLN. This way the hard links in this directory have vanished, they were causing trouble for people working in AFS and also with CVS.
